When we were in Hawaii, I ate so much poke it's ridiculous.
Lunch: Poke and a cold ale.
I'm in the hokey pokey phase of my training. I'm psyched about it.
Friday: 30 minute smoooooth spin (105rpm)on the trainer. Core work/lifting, sauna.
Saturday: 35 minute aerobic run.
Sunday: 1:10 aerobic run, 10 minute spin.
